“Krista and Andy merge traditional coaching with tools from psychotherapy and created this wonderful balance between the practical and the emotional. My cohort members were rooting for one another, asking questions and offering alternate ways of seeing the challenges each group member was facing. I walked away with so many insightful nuggets that have helped me reframe how I think about my job."

About AndyOur first collaboration began in 1998 at the Habitat for Humanity cabinet shop in Americus, Georgia. We recognized in one another the same passion to live a life of purpose and meaning, and hours spent sanding cabinets certainly helped us hone our listening skills.
In the years since, we have each developed expertise in different areas, while both remaining focused on finding purpose and meaning. Our partnership creates a unique value for those who join our Start the Shift groups.
